Services are provided only upon identification needs of the student. Anyone wishing to refer a student attending San Augustine Elementary Kindergarten through 5th Grade is asked to request a nomination form from the campus office. This form must be returned to the school by Thursday, December 16th. Anyone unable to come by the school office, please contact Lisa Henly at the Elementary Campus and request a form.
