This year the Lady Wolves Volleyball team had spectacular play throughout which
landed them with a 23-3 Season Record including a dominating 8-0 run in District play.
The Lady Wolves claimed the school’s first ever District Title and continued making
history by advancing to the UIL State Playoffs and claiming its first ever playoff win.
The 2022 Lady Wolves didn’t stop after one, as they advanced to the third round of
action having to end their season as Regional Quarter-Finalists as they were defeated
by the defending 2021 State Champions.

District 20-2A now releases the All-District Selection Team. The District MVP goes to
JaToryia Barnes. The Offensive Player of the Year goes to Dayreiona Isaac. The
Defensive Player of the Year goes to Trinity Jackson. Coach of the Year honors goes
to Head Coach Jacqueline Barnes. First Team members include JaMya Polk and
Jasmine Martin. Second Team members include MeRyah Roland and Mickayla Renfro.
